Dragon Springs Pays for Paving of Guymard Turnpike in Town of Deerpark
Dragon Springs recently paid for the repaving of close to one mile of town road outside its south gate, according to Deerpark Supervisor Gary Spears. The paving of Guymard Turnpike was completed in late August and cost nearly $117,000, according to Deerpark Highway Superintendent Raymond Cirulli.

NGO Publishes Incident Tracker Featuring Bomb & Death Threats against Dragon Springs
Throughout 2024, Dragon Springs, Shen Yun, and other Falun Gong-affiliated entities have received an increasing volume of bomb threats, death threats, and other disturbing threats. Two arrests have been made of individuals causing harm or making specific threats while near Dragon Springs, while authorities continue to track new threats.

U.S. District Judge Nelson S. Roman sentenced one of the conspirators who helped advance Beijing’s transnational repression campaign in the United States targeting Dragon Springs. The
Chinese national and U.S. permanent resident, pleaded guilty in July to acting as an unregistered agent of the Chinese communist regime.

Federal Judge Dismisses Frivolous Lawsuit against Dragon Springs
A New York district court judge dismissed "with prejudice" a lawsuit filed against Dragon Springs by a local environmental group with ties to China. In the court ruling, the judge rejects the plaintiffs’ suit, saying the complaint is “riddled with deficiencies,” including the failure to state what Dragon Springs “is doing wrong,” repeatedly changing accusations, and even failing to identify the alleged source of pollutants. Throughout the decision, Judge Karas uses terms like “vague,” “illogical,” and “an oxymoron” to describe the complaint’s allegations.

In the United States and elsewhere, Chinese operatives have tried every means to extinguish Falun Gong, including bribing IRS agents, disrupting Falun Gong demonstrations during high stakes Chinese official visits, spying on individuals’ activities, and in some cases, carrying out violent assaults. Deerpark Man Arrested for Harassing Dragon Springs
A resident of Cuddebackville, New York, has been arrested for crimes related to repeated harassment of staff at the Dragon Springs campus. The man was arrested by officers from the Deerpark Police Department for throwing screws—which caused flat tires—in the driveways of Dragon Springs and about a dozen locals associated with the campus.
